Our Locavore Boxes are loaded with almost everything you need to cook delicious, locally sourced meals. Each box includes a meal plan with recipes to turn the seasons best food into dinners you will love. No wasteful packaging, just real food sourced from amazing local producers. 

Meals typically feed 3-4 people depending on appetites. To avoid many tiny bottles and bags, we do assume you will have basic pantry items and spices available at your home. We will send out your pantry list prior to your order arriving to ensure you have everything you need to start cooking once your box arrives.

ACME CLASSICS
This Locavore Box is designed around favorite ACME recipes families have enjoyed over the past seven years. This box is available in Small (feeds 3-4 people per meal) and Large (feeds 5-6 people per meal, or provides plenty of leftovers for smaller families!)

Small Classics   
3 meals. Feeds 3-4. Usually contains one meat, one pasta, and one vegetarian meal. Only the best-loved of ACME's original recipes make the cut. 
This week's meals:  Shrimp Cakes with Lemon Herb Couscous, BBQ Pork Burgers, Minestrone Soup

Large Classics  {Feeds Six}
3 meals. Feeds 5-6. Contains the same recipes as the Small Classics but with two bulked up recipes - one meal doubled in size and one meal with an extra pound of local meat. 
This week's meals: 
 Shrimp Cakes with Lemon Herb Couscous (DBL Meal), BBQ Pork Burgers, Minestrone Soup with Italian Sausage

LOCAVORE BOXES 
In addition to locally sourced produce, meat, fish, dairy, and grains, this box will contain some spice blends, prepared sauces, and marinades to make cooking local even easier. Most of these meals can be prepared within 30 minutes with minimal pantry ingredients required from your own kitchen.

Large
4 meals. Feeds 3-4. Usually contains a Surf, Turf, Vegetarian and pasta meal. 
This week's meals:  Chicken Swimming Rama, Nicoise Salad with Smoked Salmon, White Bean Chard + Pot Pie, Veggie Ramen

Surf
3 meals. Feeds 3-4. Contains 1-2 fish based meals with the remainder vegetarian.
This week's meals:     Nicoise Salad with Smoked Salmon, White Bean Chard + Pot Pie, Veggie Ramen

Turf
3 meals. Feeds 3-4. Contains 1-2 meals based on beef, pork, or lamb with the remainder vegetarian.
This week's meals:    Chicken Swimming Rama, White Bean Chard + Pot Pie, Veggie Ramen

Vegetarian
3 meals. Feeds 3-4. Contains 3 vegetarian meals, usually including a pasta meal and a hearty salad meal. 
This week's meals:  Veggie Ramen Nicoise Salad, White Bean Chard + Pot Pie

Whole30 Compliant Vegetarian 
3 WHOLE30 compliant meals. Feeds 3-4. Contains 3 vegetarian meals, usually including a pasta meal and a hearty salad meal. 
This week's meals:  Potato Crusted Quiche with Mushrooms + Peppers, Asparagus + Cauliflower Salad, Kale + Potato Soup

DIET SPECIFIC LOCAVORE BOX CHOICES

Small - Grain + Dairy Free
(WHOLE30 compliant through May!)
3 meals. Feeds 3-4. Each meal contains either beef, pork, chicken, or seafood. All meals contain no dairy or gluten, and as this used to be the "Paleo" box, we still avoid sugar, legumes, and other grains.
This week's meals:  Roasted Sausage + Vegetable Medley, Shepherd's Pie, Salmon with Lemon + Dill and Asparagus

Large - Grain + Dairy Free
(WHOLE30 compliant through May!)
5 meals. Feeds 3-4. Each meal contains either beef, pork, chicken, or seafood. All meals contain no dairy or gluten, and as this used to be the "Paleo" box, we still avoid sugar, legumes, and other grains. 
This week's meals:   Deconstructed Egg Roll, Fish Taco Bowls, Burger + Fries Hash, Thai Style Chicken Curry, Nicoise Salad with Salmon

Vegan Box (Gluten Free!)
3 meals. Feeds 3-4. All meals are Vegan, but this could equally be called the Lean and Delicious Box - every meal is a hearty assembly of action-packed nutrients made delicious without animal products. 
This week's meals:   Nicoise Salad, Veggie Ramen (GF), Curried Carrot + Red Lentil Soup

NEW!: LOW CARB BOX
4 meals. Feeds 3-4. A close relative to our Grain + Dairy Free Boxes, our Low Carb Box avoids any large portions of carbohydrates. Whether you are simply trying to keep your carb count low or want to augment a full ketogenic diet, this box is tailored to you!
This Week's Meals:   Meatloaf with Garlic Turnip Mash, Beef Stir Fry with Cabbage + Shiitakes, Pork Chops with Creamy Spinach Sauce, Cauliflower Mac + Cheese with Chicken
